How do I order multiple ornaments in different styles?

To order multiple ornaments in different style, just add the ornaments to your cart one at a time, then check out all together to save on shipping!

How do I order multiple ornaments in the same style?

For ordering multiple ornaments all in the same style, follow these steps:

1. Select the style.

2. In the Personalization box, type all the names you would like separated by COMMAS.  Don't include any extra text or numbers since these will be printed on the ornaments.

3. Select the total quantity from the drop down (make sure this matches the number of names you provided).

4. Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout!

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://shopify.com/25583091763/account and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your spam and trash folders to ensure it hasn't been filtered out.  If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@frontierdesignsak.com just in case there’s a problem with your order.

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. Please contact us at sales@frontierdesignsak.com within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make any modifications.  If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

How do I cancel my order?

We are not able to cancel orders once they have entered processing. If you contact us within 2 hours after ordering, via sales@frontierdesignsak.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.  Shipping can take 3-7 business days depending on the zip code.  Keep in mind that orders are shipped directly from our shop Alaska which can sometimes take a little longer than standard shipping times in the lower 48 states.  You should automatically recieve an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped so you can keep tabs on it while it is in transit.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all US zip codes (including APO address at US military installations).  Due to incredibly high shipping costs, we are not able to ship internationally (including to Canda) at this time.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are currently $5.69 per order.  For orders over $35, shipping is Free anywhere in the USA.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal, ShopPay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Diner's Club.  We process payment as soon as an order is placed.  

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

For custom products, we are not able to accept returns since each product is made-to-order.  However, if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to sales@frontierdesignsak.com and we would be happy to do what we can to make it right.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via sales@frontierdesignsak.com with the details. We’ll try to respond within 48 hours.
